Information On Getting Recommended Book From Your Local Library 

If you have a current library card you can "Check Out" a book online. To see if the "New Glucose Revolution" is in your local library, click on the link below, then click on the 1st book title and see if your nearest library has it on it's shelf  "Check Shelf" if not, click  "Reserve Button"on top of page to the right. Then check which library you wish to pick up from on left, then type your name and card # Press enter and you will then be notified by mail when the book is in. You can also request the "The South Beach Diet" as well but the link is to long for me to be able to post it as I have with the other two books. If you wish to request it, just type in this title or "copy" and "paste" (The South Beach Diet) where you see the other titles on the library link I provided and press "search" next, click on the second book title option provided when you get there (the first is a spanish version for those that need it) and then you will see the picture of the book and the ability to reserve it.  Other books I highly recommend you read are "Ultra Prevention" & "The Schwarzbein Principle" (1&2).   When you first received your library card you were asked how you wished to be notified, if you don't remember, call any of the library numbers I provide and ask to change it to the way you wish to be notified.  The options are - postcard, email or phone call.
